A Spring Decline

The Spring moon tosses violet pigments,
The rain soaked season is near end,
As we watch through a city vista window.

The land dances sadly
In silvery rays,
And daydream pride.

The coming sun now places cyan filigree,
Sands drift; island to island, coast to coast
A golden sunset settles, embraces across the skies.
